Navigating through our site is pretty simple, Login with the OTP functionality, The homepage offers you our top selling products under each category. You could also use the search bar to find your ideal product.
Clicking on the explore button, opens the navigation drawer where you can choose from various categories ranging from fruits, cheeses , juices to gift boxes.
You could also click on All to view all the categories at once. Use the filter option on the category to refine your search.
Add to cart you favourites from berries to Cheese, enter your address and enjoy the best products from around the world at your doorstep.

Pricing & Payments

How much do you charge for delivery?
There is no charge for our services, except GST wherever applicable

What modes of payment do you accept?
Credit Card / Debit Card / Google Pay / Paytm and cash on delivery

How safe is payment through debit/credit card?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card via our website

Do I tip the delivery staff?
We at Berrika strive to give you the best possible service. This wouldn’t be possible without our team of dedicated dashers.
The motto behind tipping is to encourage good service but is not mandatory.

Do I get reward points?
N/A as of now (for every order up to 2500 rupees you shall have 2% of the amount credit in your wallet within 2 hrs
post-delivery and 5% for orders above 2500 rupees)

How can I redeem my reward points?
N/A as of now, you can redeem the same for your next order, once the amount is credited in your wallet.

Delivery Questions

When can I expect my delivery?
If your order is placed before 11:00am, you can expect your order the same day between 2pm and 6pm. Any orders placed between 11am and 6pm will be delivered the very next day between 7am and 11am.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
There is no order too small for our delivery team!

What is Berrika’s delivery process?
Once your order is placed via our portal, it is received by our team of inhouse packers who ensure you get the best quality of products.
Our team of packers then pass your order to the Berrika dashers who do their best to get the order to your doorstep in a timely manner.
(Our team ensures all safety and hygiene protocols are being followed at all times throughout the process)

What if I am not at home to receive my order?
Please do let our customer service team know on support@berrika.com or on +91 7470007000 in advance if you are unable to collect
your delivery. We would be happy to do our best and accommodate any other instructions to ensure your order reaches.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely! You can change the order 24hrs prior to delivery by emailing us on support@berrika.com or call our Customer Services team
on +91 7470007000. Any orders that are scheduled to be delivered in less than 24hrs, we recommended calling our customer Service team
who will do their best to have your order changed for you.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order up to 24hrs prior to delivery time by emailing us on support@berrika.com or call our Customer Services team

What if I didn’t like the quality of the products delivered to me?
Making sure our Tribe Members are happy with their order is what we strive for. Please do get in touch with our customer service team on
support@berrika.com along with an image of the unsatisfactory product. Post evaluation our team would get back to you promptly to rectify
the complaint.

How do I Sign up with Berrika?
You can sign up to become a Tribe Member by using your name, mobile number or email address on the sign up section. You would then
receive a verification request, once verified you can start exploring our portal.

Do you have a membership program?
Once our membership program has been launched for our Tribe Members, we’ll make sure to notify you!

Do I have to Sign up to use this service?
Yes, we do require you to become a Tribe Member to use our services.

What if I forgot my username and password?
You can recover the same using your registered email ID or phone number.

What kind of packaging does Berrika use?
Berrika’s packaging is eco- friendly and recyclable.
Keeping the fresh produce we provide to our members, the packaging used is made of recycled materials that are safe for both our customers
and the environment.

What is SOL?
SOL is Berrika’s take on gifting. As the world changes to become more health-conscious, Berrika’s wish is to be right up there with the rest of
the world. Therefore our gifting platform enables members to gift only the best Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts and Cheeses the world has to offer.
Our Box sizes are predefined and come in various sizes. Members can choose the size and the box according to their preference.
